KMT Global Resources Corp, controlling shareholder of KMTG and SOS, has reached an agreement for SOS to reverse takeover KMTG.

A total of 4 letters of intent are received from 4 high profile cities in China (details to follow in an official press release).  Fuel Cell deployment with manufacturing facilities capable of converting more than 20,000 public transportation vehicles and efficient hydrogen production infrastructure is currently underway. 2 more Cities will join after the Chinese New Year.

SOS signed MoU with Beijing SinoHytec, a listed company in China. SinoHytec is an automobile system integrator focused on fuel cell conversion. Distribution rights and an order of 100 units of the automobile fuel cell system is under negotiation.

SOS retains Francis Tan from Fujian China as Director and Chief Development Officer in China; SOS retains Edward Chan from KMTG as CEO of the Company.

KMT Global Resources Corp, majority shareholder of KMTG, signed MoU with StarPower ON Systems Inc. representing SOS as market maker of the technology starting in China, to develop strategic deployment plan for the technology.
